Some Data Types have ﬁelds that

make sense to associate with them

- for instance a Contact data type

might have Personal Phone or

Work Address ﬁelds, but not an

Amount ﬁeld. Similarly, a

Document data type probably

would not have a Work Zip ﬁeld.

To choose which ﬁelds to display

with your Data Types:

Select the ﬁeld from the

Available ﬁelds list.

Click the Right Arrow to add it

to the Fields to show list.

Click Done.

To remove a ﬁeld from the Fields to

show list, select it and click the Left

Arrow.
